Sometimes, the skin on our feet thickens. Perhaps around the ball of the foot, on the toes, on the sides where your big toe protrudes (bunion), or perhaps somewhere that footwear rubs. This thickened skin can develop into hard CALLUS, or occasionally, CORNS, which can be painful. Alternatively, you may find you have thickened, cracked skin around your heels, or sensitive cracks between your toes?
Let me try to relieve you of the discomfort these conditions can cause.
